We had 20mm of rain during the night and most of the spider eggs were washed out of the nest.
I hope that the few remaining eggs will survive.

    that would be awful for the spider but I am sure you are thankful for the rain, lovely shot of this tiny creature Maggie.

    Mother is back inside the nest again today - it must have dried off nicely.
