Well,  April ended with a photo of a bird, and the new month starts with another: a Hadeda Ibis (Bostrychia hagedash)
The iridescent pink sheen on their shoulders, red on their beaks and blue tail feathers are so beautiful.
They do a wonderful job aerating the lawn while digging for insects with their long beaks!
I am thankful to be home safe after a lovely weekend in Warner Beach.
