Never thought that those tall Euphorpia type of plants have such amazing little flowers!
The fragrance is extremely strong and sweet and attracts all sorts of insects.
The dead flowers create great contrast, but probably worsen the smell!

  1. I have never seen these flowers before - such a delicate colour and lovely against the deep green background.

  2. Like the flowers and the 'hairy bottomed fly' just makes the pic.

  3. Strange how its all the centre flowers that have darkened and died whilst the outer ones of the sets of three are still "in their prime".. Great photo Aunty Maggie.. ;-)

  4. Great detail Maggie! Every time I view one of your pics I feel I should trade in my DSLR and buy the camera you use. Spectacular results!
