| It was rather windy today and I found myself deleting just about every photo that I took. Protected by the huge Pine tree, this Aloe bravely stood its ground and therefore the only photo that is in focus. (The insect flew in quite by chance - no claim for 'perfect timing' here!) |

This aloe flower reminded me of golden shower flowers that I saw today. So loved seeing the Erythinas in bloom today.....
